Rusty Daily

Rusty Daily began his career with Iron Workers Local 48, later joining Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 344. He gained extensive experience in commercial HVAC applications with United Mechanical, Inc. before transitioning to Baker Hughes in 2002, where he focused on mud engineering and advanced to Mid-continent Business Development Manager. In 2007, Rusty joined Anchor Drilling Fluids USA, Inc. (ADF), rising to US Sales Manager. Following ADF’s sale to Calumet Specialty Products in 2017, he joined Crescent Consulting, LLC to expand staffing exposure in the oil and gas industry. In 2023, Rusty founded Daily Tradesmen, LLC to support Midwest skilled laborers in securing safe and profitable contracting opportunities within the construction sector. With his background in commercial construction, Rusty provides on-demand workforce solutions to general contractors. He holds a Bachelor of Management with a minor in Economics from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.

Gianni Giannandrea

Gianni has been in the upstream oil and gas industry since 2007, progressing from roles as a Drilling Engineer to Drilling and Completions Manager and ultimately Operations Manager and Partner in a production company with assets across Oklahoma. In 2016, Gianni founded 87 Upstream, LLC, a consulting firm providing expertise in drilling, completions, and operations engineering for multiple companies, including onsite supervision. Throughout his career, Gianni has worked in various Oklahoma basins as well as the HVS, Delaware, and Midland Basins, Eagle Ford, and Bakken. Before entering the oil and gas industry, Gianni served in the United States Army.

Eric Coatney, CFA

Eric is responsible for overseeing finance and back-office operations at ROP, leveraging his extensive experience in both finance and the oil & gas industry. Before joining ROP, Eric worked with various oil & gas-related startups in Oklahoma, where he played a crucial role in financial management and strategic decision-making. Eric's career trajectory began in San Francisco, where he served as an Investment Analyst for Hall Capital Partners, managing portfolios worth $7B for clients. Subsequently, at Generation Investment Management, Eric successfully raised $1B for Generation Growth Equity Fund III. Eric earned a Bachelor's degree in Energy Management and Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, he holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
